[ Trails Open: Most, B skis ]
Wolverine novice loop regroomed midmorning today. Much firmer and more manageable now. Groomer headed up the headwall to groom more trails. Temps were cold last night.

Morning
Firsthand: Both
[ Trails Open: Most, B skis ]
They either forgot to roll or comb all of the trails before grooming or got 3 ft of snow overnight because the trails have not been this soft in at least 5 years. I skied the first half of the wolverine loop and the full cliffs trail skate. When that wasn't working, I skied a bit more of the wolverine loop at the start class but only in the parts where other people have gone and started packing it down. Not worth skiing today unless you want to snowshoe on your skis. Wait till they groom at least once more.

Afternoon
Grooming
[ Trails Open: Most, B skis ]
We groomed and track set the novice and wolverine loop, cliffs trail, stairway to heaven and pit run as far as the 3 sisters cut across. Expect soft conditions today but it should firm up overnight and be nice tomorrow. Come and enjoy spring skiing while it lasts.

Morning
Observation
[ Trails Open: Most, Rock skis ]
Weather conditions have made the trails look like an ice rink with some bare spots, so it is not advised to ski until conditions improve. If we get new snow we will advise if we groom further or not.

Afternoon
Firsthand: Freestyle
[ Trails Open: Most, Good skis ]
Still using the good skis. Fast, fun skating at Wolverine. Great conditions, although I was surprised (given the still substantial base) to see an easily avoidable rock on the Wolverine loop between the hospital and the Walmart overlook. Novice loop was in rougher shape than the rest.

Wolverine was Pisten Bully groomed this morning, all trails except Cliff Hanger and the Pond Loop. Track sets looked good. Tuesday night ski conditions at Wolverine are looking good! Come and enjoy. The temp has been in the 20's and low 30's.

Night
Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
Skate lanes were groomed late Saturday night. We had freezing temperatures overnight so this morning should be great skiing. This is late winter skiing at its best.

The classic trails were fast this afternoon on the Novice trail. No sticky snow. Skate lane looked good, no real deep cuts. Wore just a long sleeve shirt and vest. Sunny skies!
