Wonderful classic skiing this afternoon. Skied the outside loop (red). There are a few icy spots in the tracks but they did not impact the skiing.

Skied the Red, Green, and Blue loops late morning and early afternoon after fresh grooming and tracking. The tracks were fairly solid and conditions were just a bit soft. Like at Raven earlier in the day, Joanie and I enjoyed the beautiful snow-draped woods. Just a few icy and thin spots, but overall very good conditions. Thanks to Lynn for clearing and grooming the trail so quickly after the storm!

Skied classic on the red loop (but not the first part of the red) just before noon. Groomer did great job with debris. Track was nicely set, but soft in places as well as a few low areas that were frozen slush starting to melt.

All loops are tracked. Some scattered debris from the recent storm, but overall very good conditions.

Several inches of heavy snow. Cleared all loops of down trees and branches (was pretty messy). Experienced slushy spots in low areas. All loops packed with the Honda UTV first and then rolled. Grooming plans: Letting the snow dry tonight and will set tracks in the morning.

A day after a fresh grooming, Joanie and I skied the Red and Yellow loops and trails were still in excellent condition. Tracks were firm and fun at this double-tracked gem. Thanks for the great grooming!

My first time on the trail this season. I skied the entire red loop and blue loop starting from the parking lot for each loop for a total of 16 kilometers. The track was firm and deep although speed in the track was medium at best. Overall conditions I would rate as very good to excellent. With the slow snow conditions, control on the steep downhills was a breeze. That's not always the case on this trail. I have seen them blazing fast but not today. It was a fantastic afternoon ski.

Wow! Had been many years. Skied blue and green and eastern red segments, Freshly groomed with double tracks. Doesn't get much better. Thank you, DNR groomer.
