Prep/grooming commenced this morning but will take awhile. Lots of new artificial snow to push around before grooming. Workers are hopeful to have the pond loop going tonight, but it may not open until tomorrow. Loads of new snow was blown since yesterday and the pack looks as thick as before the big melt.

Still blowing snow at 9am. Does not appear trails are open. Thanks to all the hard work the trail making crew is doing!

Drove by BC at 8am to see if grooming had begun...not yet, piles of snow waiting to be pushed.

Drive by report at 2:30pm. At least 8 snow guns all still blowing. Original loop previously open looks well covered. Not open yet but hopefully soon. I'll be swinging back tonight with hot chocolate, coffee and treats for the snowmaking crew as I'm sure they'll be working until next year!

Eight snow guns going full steam this morning. Colder temps finally coming!

The weather has severely deteriorated the snow conditions. There are many bare spots and the trails with snow are in poor shape. There is very little continual skiable area. Grooming has been suspended and we will need continual cold weather to resume snowmaking operations.
