Conditions: Solid coverage, just getting a little soft but not sticky. Sunny 40 degrees.
Last time? No fresh snow overnight, but the bright sunshine got us out to the trails for another ski. Of course things haven't been groomed in quite a while, but the trails have been user tracked. Thanks Lisa! Just a perfect day to be out in the still snowy woods, even if it's getting on to the end of April!

Conditions: Disappearing fast. Alternate sun and snow flurries, windy 28 degrees.
This trail system has lost a lot of snow with the past couple warm days. While bare spots are limited, there are a lot of thin spots now and a few low areas that were flooded. Grab the old skis and go say goodbye to this trail system quick. Note: First parking area is now mostly mud.

Conditions: Sunny 40 degrees. Softening and slow.
Still an amazing amount of snow in the woods despite the meltdown that has been happening all day in town. Brought back out the no-waxers with the warm temperatures and found things to be slow. Snow was making crunching compressing sounds with each stride, but I was not really sinking down in. Pole plants were also still solid and the tracks were starting to glaze slightly in the shaded areas.

Conditions: Wonderful. Cloudy 28 degrees. Swix Blue V30 was perfect today.
Groomer came off the trails as I pulled into the lot. Everything groomed once again and looking great. Skate lane is going to be a bit soft, but classic tracks were good. A few minor soft spots in 10k, but not very often. It's still winter here and looking like a great week for skiing.

  Conditions: Fantastic! Sunny 28 degrees.
Eight inches of new snow all groomed up. Skate deck looked a bit soft judging by the tracks in it, but classic was great. Go ski!
