[ Trails Open: Partial, Rock skis ]
Conditions have deteriorated over the weekend. Leo's loop and the south end of the 20K are closed. All other trails have ice and some bare spots. The best bet for some skiing at this point are to go out on Y and return on T.

Loved it. Skied the 10k and 6k loops from the chalet. They were being groomed while I was there. The last 3k of each is a little rutty from afternoon skiing but everything else was super nice and smooth.

Very good conditions. Freshly groomed trails. Skied with my rock skis, but never hit any stones and found only a few patches of thin spots. Found the alps open, a bit icy but very skiable. Thankful to have the opportunity this late in the season. Thanks for dedicated and great grooming, giving a full season of skiing possible.

Conditions continue to hold at Nine Mile. Re-setting track on Leo's Loop and Y this morning then maintenance grooming the skate lanes. We will re-evaluate after the weekend, but at this point the majority of the system is in good condition.

Firsthand: Classic
[ Good skis ]
Skied the 10k loop and the C Loop. The tracks were in pretty good condition though I got out of the tracks on the downhill sections because they were icy. Some spots were softening up and will soon be showing dirt, but so far, the tracks were all covered. There was some debris on the tracks too. I used red wax, but should have used klister wax. Overall, it was really nice spring skiing.

[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
The recent snow has certainly extended our season. Grooming has been conducted with the PB for the entire week, including today. The majority of the system has been groomed and tracked. Most tracks are in good condition, however in low areas track condition is poor with an ice base.

5 inches of new snow on Tuesday and fresh grooming made for a nice ski at 9 mile. Skate deck was completely covered and classic tracks looked good also. Some thin areas in the pine forest areas so I said b skis, but the trails are all snow covered with little debris.

The fresh snow this week has been worked in with the piston bully. Fast track and mostly firm deck. Alps and little alps are open.
