ABR was fabulously groomed today. Most of the trails had seen minimal traffic when we arrived around 10am. They have definitely recovered from the Wednesday temperatures. Well worth the trip!

We had a warm up today...nice to see the temps warm, but we will have to regroom all the trails in the early morning. The base is well over a foot and solid. We have had great skiing so far this month and with both pisten bullys out and with the lightweight groomers on the classics, it should be back to excellent conditions.

We have been blessed with such frequent and manageable amounts of snow. With 115 inches of snowfall to date it has been perfect for skiing and grooming. The 1-5 inch snowfalls are allowing the groomers to keep the surfaces firm but not icy. With the cold temps in the single digits, the additional new warming cabins are providing access to the outer trails.

We received about 1 inch of snow last night so we just regroomed 55 km this morning. It snowed another 2-3 inches today and we will be back out again with both Bully's and classic groomers in the early morning grooming all 75 km. Chalet will be warm, and there are 3 warming cabins on the trail... dress warm and enjoy are good snow!

We had all 4 groomers out early this morning, including both Pisten bullys, powertilling. 75 km were groomed and skiers were very happy with dry powder conditions. It is snowing now and 4 groomers are scheduled back to regroom in the morning.

Great day for skiing at ABR. Firm skating deck. Jumped in tracks on several downhills. Fast. Grooming was excellent as usual.

Such good conditions yesterday and today. Barely any debris and perfectly groomed. Amazing! I skied River, Sulo's loop, tamarack, otter slide, wolf tracks, hemlock, popple flats, blueberry, meadow ridge, cherry dairy, memory lane, jack pine, and white pine and it was the perfect winter wonderland and perfect temperature!

Outstanding day of classical skiing at ABR. Perfectly groomed as usual. Skied mainly the classic only trails. The new Tamarack two track trail gives a good direct route to access Otter Slide and Wolf Tracks. I also did a Ridge Runner which was groomed this week for classic only skiing. If you get a chance do this trail, it is a lot of fun because of its roller coaster terrain. The skating trails appeared to be in excellent shape, but I did not ski any of them.

Great skiing this weekend at ARB! Trails were immaculately groomed. Tons of snow. Trees were beautifully snow covered. I highly recommend skiing at ABR. Definitely worth a weekend trip from Milwaukee.
