Excellent conditions at Swedetown today. 24+" base. We skied every trail (~24Km) plus the start/finish area for the Great Bear Chase. Fresh 6-10" of snow since the last warm-up. Ran into the groomers finishing up their last lap with the new Husky Prinoth Groomer. What a machine!

Back to Winter Wonderland conditions. Swedetown survived the meltdown with a one foot+ base intact and 20 inches of snow in the woods. With about 10 inches of new snow on top of that, the meltdown is but a distant memory. I skated on a magic carpet today. Bear Chase is two weeks from today!

Skied on freshly groomed trail Thursday in the morning. About 3 inches of new snow overnight and fresh grooming made for great skiing. You can see by the picture there is a lot of snow here. Bring your good skis!

Our first time to ski here. Grooming was excellent. Lots of snow. The trails were very enjoyable to ski. Temps were a little warm at 37 but nice skiing. Good mix of intermediate to beginner trails. They Had a nice warming building to go in with a place to bring a lunch and indoor plumbing.

With 170 inches of snow this season and 20 inches in the past week, plenty of base. All trails were groomed and the conditions were excellent on Greenstone and Valley Trail. Really enjoy the two set tracks for skiing with a friend (Greenstone and Valley only).
