Beginner to expert trails. Up, down, turns, mixed stands of forest and clearings provide an exciting terrain for the skier. The flow of the trail is Swedetown's specialty. The trails are groomed daily for skating and striding. 4 km of trails lighted until 8 p.m. Host to the annual Great Bear Chase in March.Trail Reports

A few more inches of new snow was tilled and tracked this morning and conditions are excellent throughout the Swedetown system. High winds may lead to some drifting and filling in of racks in some locations though. Grooming completed at 11 a.m.

All trails tilled and tracked, with last night's snow freshening the trails nicely. The skate lanes are solid, with a fine veneer of new snow that adds lustre and grip for the discerning skier. Classic tracks are firm and fast. Grooming completed at 11:30 am.

Even with our annual midwinter a thaw, trails at Swedetown are in great shape! Classic tracks are very fast, skate lanes are firm and fast as well. Some debris will be found on the wooded loops. Grooming completed at 10:30 am.

The trails at Swedetown are a little less than perfect today: brisk winds last night brought down a fair amount of debris, especially on Pine and Powderhouse loops. The classic tracks remain firm, and the skate lanes were all dragged. Grooming completed at 11:30 am.
