conditions very soft for skating, groomer was just getting out around noon, only the main "roadways" were groomed that I've seen. Classic tracks looked thin and on some ice, the sidewalls looked very weak from the the dry snow on the parts that were groomed. Very little to no debris on the the skate lane. Was still a good time skiing!!!

Amazing job by the groomers. The meltdown left areas of solid ice, but assiduous use of the tidtek has produced excellent skating conditions with a few areas having ice showing through. The base is thin, yes, but there were no bare spots and today it was like skiing on an air hockey table. As fast as it gets.

[ Trails Open: Most, B skis ]
Open for skate, no tracks set. Groomed today with enough snow above a well iced base to hold an edge. Some wind debris and some icy spots to contend with, but fun and fast. Definitely a B ski situation. Conditions should only improve with additional grooming planned for this weekend.

I muscled through the Oaks as suggested. The only tracks to be found are the deer tracks! The skate deck looked well groomed and fast.

Groomer out working hard this morning with the Tidd Tech. Plenty of grooming work to do. The lighted trail is perfect. Classic skiers who muscle thru the first half of The Oaks will be rewarded with a decent set of double tracks. PERS Loop (far reaches of the Maples) was pretty dirty with woods debris. Skiers will be treated with good, firm conditions that should only improve over the weekend with warming temps.

Firm, Fast, Fun. Skated the lighted trail in 7 degree temps under moon-lit skies. Beautiful. Classic tracks cut on Maples (no classic tracks at Trail Head). The Camp is getting set up for a terrific weekend of skiing. Enjoy it!

Solid and fast deck. Excellent coverage with slight amount of debris. A little icy in areas. Downhills fast and fun. The sign needs to be changed, t's much better than "fair". Get out and enjoy.

Fabulous late morning skate of Birches and Maples. Solid coverage on freshly groomed trails. Minimal to no debris. No icy areas. Pole plants solid throughout. Get out before tomorrow's cold spell.

After recent snows and despite the rain, "The Camp" is rejuvenated for both skate and classic! Skated freshly groomed Maples in 19 degrees under cloudy skies. Track is a little dirty (due to the high winds of Tuesday evening) and a little soft on the plant and the push, but you will enjoy your ski. Special note to Striders: Tracks are not set at the trailhead, but once you get to Main Street, well formed tracks await. Carpe skiem!

The lighted loop was well populated with skiers. An inch or so of new snow didn't seem to slow us down, but made for a much more forgiving deck for skating. Today's snow may prove sufficient to set tracks. The lodge is open most nights making it a great place to congregate for a family ski.
