A trail system with a variable terrain. 12 loop trails, mostly 1 to 2 km in length and varying from easy to quite difficult. Wooded, groomed almost daily, averaging 12 ft wide.Trail Reports

Excellent conditions, skate and classic. I groomed skate lanes and some of the classic tracks (where the Rib Lake 8th graders skied Wednesday). I'll be away for a couple of days (at the Birkie) and it looks the warm temps will make things impossible to groom again at least until Sunday.

We got another 2" snowfall overnight so I groomed again this morning; 14 of 18km are done and in excellent condition. Pretty soft but it should be really good tomorrow!

Conditions: Top notch as always, as good as it gets.
This has become one of my favorite places to ski. I haven't ever been there when it wasn't either good or excellent, even when other places were unskiable. It lived up to its reputation for our visit this time. Although it is run for church camps and retreats, they and very welcoming and friendly towards the general public. Donations are appreciated.

Excellent conditions. I groomed skate lanes today; they were pretty hard-packed after yesterday's race but now they are excellent again. Tracks are firm and fast.

I groomed trails last night, then skied some today. It was great last night but the wind blew snow into the tracks (and skate lanes) this morning and made for a very slow ski. I will try grooming again early Wednesday morning.

I groomed and skied Saturday; best conditions yet this season! Then groomed again this morning, since we got a little snow overnight. It looks beautiful out there but the snow is really soft.

I skied most of the 18km; Excellent conditions - Sweet! The snow is quite dry so glide was not so good, but it is finally smooth and the tracks are firm.

Conditions: Fresh snow, skiing on a rolled trail.
I skied the rolled trail. Not bad, the scenery was great. On my way out Scott was grooming, it was great. Thanks Scott.

Rolled/packed the new snow on the trails this morning; I'll be back to groom (classic and skate) tonight. I am expecting it to be excellent skiing on Thursday and beyond.
