Conditions: Excellent ribbon of corduroy - as of 5am Boulder Ridge was open.
Great morning for a ski. Boulder Ridge was freshly opened, all the man made trails were in great shape. Lots of deer making tracks on the new snow.

Conditions: Boulder Ridge not open this afternoon but looks like they are getting close to opening up more man made and an employee said maybe Wednesday.
Light traffic until some teams started showing up at 3:40. When I left at 5 it was quite busy with kids skiing/standing in groups. Still great however and such a great asset for the Nordic community.

Conditions: Trail is in great shape, a little soft on some of the uphills from the traffic all day, but in great shape! Beautiful day to be out skiing.
Had a few close calls of people walking out in the skate lane or stopping and not looking.

Conditions: Good as predicted.
Hyland has done an excellent job on the man made loop. Still no path out on boulder ridge - they had the poles up blocking the path and snow guns going as of 7am.

Conditions: Great skating on Hill Trail and manmade snow trail, fair on Lake Trail.
There were a lot of dirty spots and small sticks and leaves on the Lake Trail, but the South Hill Trail was pristine and well groomed for skating. Probably good for classic, too, but I wasn't paying much attention to that. Manmade snow trail closed/blocked before Scenic Hills loop.

Conditions: Continued excellent conditions at Hyland on the man-made loop, for both classic and skate! I did not try the natural snow loops, but there looked to be a fair amount of folks enjoying those loops as well.
The man-made Scenic Foothills and Boulder Ridge loops are still not open yet, but lots of skiers were salivating at the prospect of skiing those funs loops in the near future...

Conditions: Great condition - no complaints - nice hard pack snow.
Skied the man made loop as well as Bur Oak loop. Man made loop: excellent condition - nice hard pack snow and just soft enough to get good push off. Burr Oak: the only sketchy area is the hill climb off the lake - otherwise it was a good couple of extra hills. Looks like they are just about ready to open Boulder Ridge. Some signs of grooming that section.
