Trail had been rolled following 6" snowfall 3 weeks ago. Lots of foot traffic made it icy and hard for the first mile from the trailhead. Very skiable after that.

All trails are rolled but not groomed. There is about a 2" packed base on the trails, so I was able to skate ski with minimal exposed grass. Trails aren't perfectly even, but definitely skiable. There aren't any classic tracks yet, sounds like they are waiting for more snow.

6-7" of magical and fluffy snow fell overnight. Some snowshoers had compressed the powder a little but otherwise it was all breaking trail until the snow in my boots forced me to turn around. Fantastic to be on real snow in the woods.
