Bundled up and skied late afternoon. Found the trails to be well used but still in very good condition outside of a few washout and windblown sections -- really some of the best conditions I've skied on at Tamarack! Tracks were largely well defined and not trampled, firm but not glazed, with good pole plants on most of the sections we skied. No thin spots, no ice. Got chilly as the sun was setting, but otherwise nice to get out on the trails.

Excellent condition at Tamarack this afternoon. I used my Skintec skis and skied all the trails. For most of the downhills I had the option of staying in the tracks or hopping out and snowplowing as needed. I have skied Tamarack for many years and this one one of my most enjoyable days. Thank you Ramsey County and groomer.

Good conditions, groomed 1.2K. Almost excellent today, however there are some thin icy spots that we expect to show through with wear over the weekend.

Pretty good conditions with soft snow from the warmer weather. The classic tracks on a lot of the hills are flattened out including both ways on the Whitetail loop.

Nice groomed tandem tracks and skiing was fast today with standard wax. There were a few washed-out areas, primarily at trail junctions. Overall great conditions!

Great skiing! We did the "deer" loop, and the classic track was set nicely with very minimal foot traffic. The hills were getting a bit crusty/icy on the back half of the run.
